We know your first class may be a little intimidating, but don’t worry – we have first timers in almost every class. Our trainers will provide you with everything you need to follow the class. Please make sure you arrive 5-10 minutes early before your class so your trainer can get you set-up.
We recommend that you wear comfortable workout clothing such as leggings, a top and a sports bra. Bring some water and also a large towel to put on top of your mat. The mats and other equipment will be provided at our studio. Our workouts are bare feet – so no socks necessary.
And remember to give yourself some slack… You will be doing exercises that are new to your body, and your brain! You will build strength and stamina and learn to master the exercises by coming more often. Trust us, after a couple of times you will get the hang of it!
